Hi, I’m Marshall Burns, a licensed residential builder based in Rock Hill, South Carolina — and the founder of Burns Custom Homes.
I’ve always had a passion for building. There’s something incredibly rewarding about taking an idea, a sketch, or a dream and turning it into a physical space where people can live, grow, and thrive. That passion grew from a hobby into a purpose, and eventually into a business built on craftsmanship, trust, and doing things the right way.
Our Story
Burns Custom Homes was founded with a simple goal: to bring quality, creativity, and care to every home we build. Over the years, we’ve worked on everything from full-scale remodels to entire new home builds — but what really sets us apart is our focus on Tiny Homes and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
